bare_bear | Failure is a hard pill to swallow

I've had no luck sewing lately, and it's getting downright disheartening. I've started a pair of pants that aren't working. No surprise, pants are hard. And then I made a skirt that, while it's adorable and I really like it, I hate what I lined it with and I've lost steam before doing the hemming and buttonhole. And tonight, I finally gave up on a self-drafted muslin I was constructing based on a top I saw over at Mod Cloth. I talk about, well, all of them in a series of posts over at my sewing blog.
