Master Pain in the You-Know-What
Oct. 13th, 2009 01:59 pmIn theory, I'm glad to be here at university, obtaining my Masters degree in Geochemistry. Glad to be working on bettering myself and gaining a stronger understanding of my chosen field of study. Glad to be working towards the career I'd like to - theoretically - spend the rest of my life doing. Even glad to be avoiding the real world by hiding in university a little bit longer.
But there are some days, where I just want to say 'Screw-It', and go back to bed.
I just keep telling myself that someday I'll be finished, I'll have a real job and a real life.
And then I'm sure I'll be wishing I was still in school, avoiding that whole 'real world' thing. ;) That'll probably be about when I decide to go do that PhD I keep telling everyone there's no way in hell I'll ever do. :D
