Pickled Yumminess!

Today, in an effort to procrastinate from both working on project stuff and from cleaning my apartment, I decided to tackle pickling!  I have great memories of munching on pickled carrots when I was little, so decided to try my hand at them.  I blame copperbadge and his recent attempts at making pickles.  :D  

I think they've worked out.  Won't know for sure for another 3-4 weeks, but I've been listening to the lids popping, so that's a good sign!  :D  *crsses fingers and hopes for the best*

mmm...pickled carrots...
